Courier Service

Replacement equipment by courier swap-out
If there is an equipment fault a replacement piece of equipment will be
couriered to you.
Response times for the courier swap-out service are as follows:
Dispatch
All calls logged before 4.30pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched
the same day.
Delivery
Metropolitan Areas: Delivery will be the next business day.
Rural Delivery Areas: Delivery will between 2-3 business days
according to the courier service provided in your area.

Mobile eftpos loss and or damage goods

The Customer agrees that in the event of the goods being lost or irreparably damaged, the Customer will be liable to pay The Company for the full amount of the goods at the RRP price at the time of loss or damage.


On-site Site Service

On-site service is available on request. Charged rate is
$125.00 + GST per hour (minimum of 30 minutes).

Return to Base Warranty

Equipment is sent for repair or replacement of defective parts under cover of the manufacture or dealer for the specified warranty period. Customers are responsible for sending equipment to EFTCO


Standard Maintenance Agreement

you with any problems you experience - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

24 x 7 Eftpos network (Paymark, EFTPOS NZ) Assist telephone support
A group of experience Help Desk operators
are on call to assist with any problems you experience.

Terms of Trade

Privacy Act 1993: - The customer authorises EFTCO Ltd (hereafter The Company), to
a) Collect, retain and use personal information about the customer (“the information”), including the information contained in this document b) To provide the information to any person for the foregoing purposes i) To employees and agents of The Company and any other person in the ordinary course of business

The customer acknowledges: a) that the information shall be deemed to be held by The company at the address specified in this document, not withstanding that it may also be held elsewhere by other persons for the purposes described above b) that for the purposes of the proceeding clauses the term “The Company” includes any financier or discounter of the customer contract(s), or related company, or The Company. The term ‘related company’ has the meaning given by the Companies Act 1993 or replacement legislation.

Price and Payment – The process specified in the order will apply without charge unless authorised by The Company in writing. Payment of the goods will be on delivery of the goods unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before delivery. Interest will be charged at 2% per month on any overdue balance. The customer shall be liable for all collection and legal costs. Any errors or disputed accounts should be bought to our attention before the date due for payment. Cancelled orders and/or missed installation appointments incur a $50.00 + GST charge. Failure to meet the equipment return date will incur a $55 + GST charge per day.

Property / Risk-The Company reserves the right and is irrevocably authorised to enter the Customers premises and recover goods not paid for in full at any time without notice.
The Customer agrees that in the event of the goods being lost or irreparably damaged, the Customer will be liable to pay The Company for the full amount of the goods at the RRP price at the time of loss or damage. Where the goods are damaged and repairable the above Property/Risk paragraph # 3 applies.

I/we hereby confirm that I/we have read this declaration, that I/we understand the terms hereof (including for the avoidance of doubt, this declaration), and that I/we hereby irrevocably waive any defence or counterclaim that I/we may have against the financier or discounter of my/our agreement whether now or in the future in connection with the enforcement of this declaration by that financier or discounter which may arise as a consequence of my/our electing not to obtain independent legal advice prior to proceeding.
